Booster (High School) Buttons

 

One thing that Perth Amboy’s town folks never lack; was Spirit! Ever since the start of time we had had Spirit and Pride!

Now, being a little bias, the Classes of ‘67 to ‘71 probably had the Most Spirit and Pride, just kidding folks. All Classes of PAHS had the Spirit.

Below is a number of “Booster” Buttons of my time in PAHS.

Perth Amboy High School Yearbooks - Part 2

We will begin with the 1950's

1952
 1955

 In 1956, they decided to change the name of the 
Yearbook from the "Periscope" to the
"Halls of Ivy"

In the years before 1964, the yearbooks were 
10 1/2 inches by 8 inches in size
In 1964/65, they grew in size to 
12 1/2 inches by 9 1/2.

Halls of Ivy and the Year are located on the spine
of the Yearbook

 1974
 The picture reflects the last class (The Class of '75) to be in both the 
old "Halls of Ivy" and the new PAHS

1975

In 1978, the yearbook went thru another name change. 
The Yearbook is now called "Reflections"
