A Perth Amboy Newspaper - The Mosquito

 Harold E. Pickersgill was the Editor and Publisher  of
The Mosquito. (Perth Amboy, N.J.) 1898-1919
The Mosquito. (Perth Amboy, N.J.) 1922-1931

Let's go back in time to see what was happening in 
Perth Amboy in 1922.

In 1922, the Mosquito Offices were located in the 
Dana Building 
224 Smith St.


In February of 1924, there was a fire in the Office and 
Print Shop of  The Mosquito




In the 1931 Perth Amboy Directory,  The Mosquito 
was located at 339 High Street. 


The building Harold Pickersgill used 
was located in this area. 
In 1951, the building that housed the Mosquito offices
was used as the 
Simpson Methodist Parish House.
